The Hidden Truth: The Bible And The Brain

[This series is a sequel to the The Way Series

This article is the first of ‘The Hidden Truth’ series, and therefore will act as an introduction to the series.]

Matthew 7:7-8
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Is it possible that there is a deeper meaning in the Bible? Many view the Old Testament as history. Stories about the origins of everything there is, stories about the history of our people, and the lives lived in the past. But, hidden within these stories, is it possible that are deeper messages?

What if the Bible is speaking of the body? The physical body and it’s abilities? What if the Bible is speaking on such terms so deep that only those “with eyes to see may see and those with ears to hear may hear”?

Let’s take a look at the original covenant. It was to a nation God created called Israel. This covenant was given as laws written on tablets. The Israelites were to follow God by obeying His laws. Something the Israelites couldn’t seem to do for any great length of time. The Israelites kept meshing themselves into the beliefs and practices of those around them. Is it not possible to say this covenant was a “left-brained” or physical covenant?

God gave laws on stone for the Israelites to follow. Laws are of the physical, as is the stones they were written upon. The left-brain controls the physical. Since God tried to get Israel to follow Him by use of the physical understanding, it must, then, be safe to conclude God had made a left-brain covenant with Israel.

Since the left-brain controls the physical, and most people are left-brain dominant, the Israelites shouldn’t have had a problem following God. By all logic, God giving a left-brained covenant should have been fine. But as the Bible shows, the Israelites couldn’t seem to stay true to God for too long at any one time. So what does God do? He says he will make a new covenant. This new covenant will be different from the original, as instead of writing the laws on stone and being a ruler, He will write the laws on the Israelites hearts and open a relationship with them.

Jeremiah 31:33
But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Hebrews 8:10
For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

2 Corinthians 3:3
Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.

This new covenant, being written in the hearts instead of on stone, would then be a “right-brain” or spiritual covenant. The right-brain controls the spuritual, while the left-brain controls the physical. Not many people are naturally right-brain dominant, but with discipline, may become right-brain dominant.

This new covenant begins with Jesus Christ. He attempted to put an end to the rituals, fulfilled the old, and brought upon the new. He introduced the very concept of having an open relationship with the Father. He spoke heavily of morality and decency, what is right and what is wrong – concepts we can all feel inside. No written laws should be needed to tell us that such things as rape, adultery, etc. is wrong. This is because it naturally feels wrong. Something inside of you tells you not to partake of such acts. This is the laws of God written upon your heart telling you these acts are wrong, this is what you are feeling.

This being said, it should be safe to conclude the original covenant, or Old Testament was left-brain dominant, while the new covenant or New Testament is right-brain dominant.

Based on the above, there is essentially two things happening in the Bible. At the surface, we are given a history of nations, peoples, and prophets. Beneath the surface, we are told how to become one with ourselves and God.

For centuries, we have been taught to look without, when in reality we are to look within. Jesus Himself said we are in Him and He in us. In prophecy, we see that after Tribulation, Jesus will rule over all from the throne in the temple. The throne is the pineal gland, known as the “third eye”. The Temple is our brain. The Cherubim protecting the throne, is the skull.

If we are to learn anything from the Bible, we must understand what it is saying to us. This topic is worthy of a books length, and will see future articles; but for now, I believe this article and those linked below provide enough information for you to begin to see the deception cast upon us and to begin your research into the matter.

In summary, to reach enlightenment, or oneness with the God, we must no longer take into concerns the things of the world (debt, material wants, etc) for this is of the left-brain. If we allow the left-brain to remain dominant, we will never truly be one with Christ nor the Father. We have to focus on the health of our bodies, and the uninterrupted flow of energies through our body. By focusing less on physical matters and more on spiritual matters, the right-brain becomes dominant. When the right-brain becomes dominant, the pineal gland is activated. Once the pineal gland is activated, we will be able to access all that has been hidden from us, as we will be finally one with Christ.

The search for truth is not an outward search, but an inward struggle. A struggle that very few have been able to get through. If all of humanity is able to make it through this struggle, and unite as one with Christ within us, then we will be able to witness the time of global peace and prosperity. This is because only when we each unite with Christ within, may it be said that Christ is ruling over all.

Luke 11:9-10
And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Luke 17:20-22
And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it.

James 1:21
Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
